Deliver sales performance against sub-region-specific targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Proposal Team, and Finance to meet or exceed operating plan objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Knowledge & Market PositioningDevelop and maintain advanced knowledge of all Water Tech products relevant to the rolePromote and position both consolidated Water Tech technologies and New Product Introductions (NPIs) in the marketLeverage multiple Water Tech products to creatively address customer challenges and convert them into business opportunitiesChannel Partner ManagementProvide technical and commercial support to existing Channel Partners operating in the Industrial MarketBuild strong, sustainable relationships with partners in accordance with Veolia guidelinesExpand Partners/OEM network following internal qualification proceduresSales & Business DevelopmentDevelop and oversee growth strategies for various markets and segments in coordination with Product ManagementManage the complete sales cycle for assigned clients, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, forecasting, and deal closure thro
