About this role
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in Spain. This will be our first marketing hire based in Madrid, so we’re looking for someone who is both independent and collaborative, able to manage local priorities while staying closely connected with the central marketing team in Amsterdam.
This role involves collaboration with multiple teams (local and integral), partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.

Location: Hybrid - 3 days a week from our Madrid office & 2 days working from home
Reporting to: Head of Marketing Spain
These are some of the key components to the position:
- Strategy & Insight: Contribute to the development of the local marketing plan within the approved strategy.
- Analyse market data, customer insights, and partner trends to identify opportunities for growth and translate insights into effective, data-driven campaigns.
- Campaigns & Execution: Lead the brief, planning, execution and evaluation of winning marketing activities and ensure they are consistent with the brand positioning and strategy across all touchpoints. Participate in cross-market initiatives that are relevant for the successful implementation of the marketing strategy.
- Coordinate multi-channel initiatives (Social, CRM, Performance, Partnerships, Loyalty) with global and local teams.
- Adapt and localise global campaigns to ensure relevance for the Spanish market.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the marketing representative for Spain, aligning with local teams and working closely with other Marketing stakeholders.
- Share insights and feedback from the market to inform central strategies and future initiatives.
What you’ll bring to the team
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in e-commerce or fast-paced consumer tech (B2C).
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to connect data to business impact.
- Excellent project management and prioritisation skills in combination with a test-and-learn mindset and solid creative judgment.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
