About the job As a Delivery Lead, you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of complex digital commerce and marketplace projects from discovery through to go-live. Acting as the bridge between clients, business stakeholders, and delivery teams, you will help shape solutions, define requirements, and ensure projects are delivered smoothly within an Agile environment. You will work closely with clients to understand their business goals, facilitate workshops, map customer journeys and business processes, and translate requirements into clear Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria. At the same time, you will help coordinate delivery activities, manage priorities, identify risks, and ensure strong collaboration across all project stakeholders. This role is primarily business-focused, with an emphasis on communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery coordination rather than deep technical implementation. You will guide clients through backlog creation, prioritisation, and refinement while supporting development, QA, UX, and technical teams in understanding business requirements and delivering high-quality solutions. You will remain actively involved throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring requirements, user experience, technical solutions, and delivery objectives remain aligned and traceable to business goals. Need to have 10 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Delivery Lead or similar client-facing Agile delivery role. Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements using Epics and User Stories. Ability to facilitate workshops and confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication and organisational skills with a structured and analytical mindset. Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies. Strong understanding of digital commerce, eCommerce, or marketplace ecosystems. Experience supporting backlog management, prioritisation, and refinement activities. Ability to proactively identify risks, dependencies, and communication gaps. Experience working collaboratively with Developers, QA, and UX teams. Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud and/or Marketplace solutions is a plus. Experience with Payment Service Providers is beneficial. Technical understanding sufficient to communicate effectively with technical teams, without requiring deep hands-on development skills. We offer Competitive salary.
