Our roof terrace with mountain views is where we hold our weekly Friday BBQ, with delicious food and great conversation with colleagues from around the world. The work as a Business Development Representative (BDR) consists of calling companies in Australia and New Zealand and speaking to the IT managers. There is no selling on the phone. Our job is to gather information by asking the right questions on relevant IT-related topics. The aim of the call is to generate a "lead": setting up a meeting between the IT manager and our client's sales representative. During our signature Warm Handover™, you will work hand in hand with the sales experts from our clients - such as Intel, Dell, Fujitsu -, learning with the best of the best about the industry while building up your network of decision-makers around the globe. In order to prepare you to take on this role, we have an excellent four week onboarding process, taking place at our office in Las Rozas, to prepare you to excel as a BDR.Uncapped commission system:As a BDR at Anteriad, you make your own luck. Our uncapped commission system means that the more leads you generate, the more money you earn. We have a system that rewards hard work - the more you earn, the more you have the ability to earn in the future, as your commission per lead increases after having generated a certain amount of leads. The three levels of commissions per lead create a progressive structure that allows BDRs to set and achieve goals. This not only encourages consistent high performance but also provides a pathway for professional growth within the organization.Early morning shiftAlthough we propose a full-time job with a full-time salary, you will only work 30 hours per week.Your profile:Native EnglishHigh level in another European language is desirable, but not requiredExperience working in a phone-based roleTarget-driven mentality & can-do attitudeThe place of residence must be located in the Madrid Region (Comunidad de Madrid)Able to work in Spain legally (full-time)Monday to Friday:5:00 - 11:00amPermanent contractMonthly salary (ca. 1730€/month) + Uncapped commission systemInternal training provided by our Learning & DevelopmentdepartmentEspecially during Onboarding: Free transportation from Moncloa and from El Pinar de las Rozas’ Cercanías Station by Corporate BusAfter the 1st month at our office: Working 5:00 to 11:00 from your home in the Madrid region, except for on two Fridays a month at the office (8:00 - 14:00), subject to company rulesGood working atmosphere - people from all over the worldFree Spanish classesOpportunities for advancement within the company20.700€ /yearToThanks to our commission system, the monthly salary comes without a cap.
