You'll join a small, international social media team and take ownership of our English-language presence — executing content daily, growing our Instagram and LinkedIn channels in the US market, and helping shape how the team works together across markets.

Your mission is to build Metricool's social media presence for English-speaking markets, with a US-first approach — and to help the team around you do the same across ES, FR and DE countries.
Responsibilities
Own and execute the content calendar for English-speaking markets. Video is a core part of the day-to-day — you'll be on camera.
Grow Instagram EN organically, with Reels as the main discovery engine.
Build a LinkedIn audience that actually reaches US social media professionals, with content calibrated for the American market.
Monitor performance metrics using Metricool's own tools and make content decisions based on what the data tells you.
Identify platform updates, algorithm changes, and US trends and turn them into timely content fast.
Support the distribution of studies, data reports, and lead magnets to amplify their social distribution.
Collaborate with the social media team to distribute responsibilities across markets and ensure brand consistency.
Provide editorial direction and criteria to junior team members — not as a manager, but as the most senior reference on the team.
Share learnings, format experiments, and performance insights with the wider team.
Contribute to a culture that values experimentation, direct feedback, and genuine collaboration.
First days and onboarding
First month: Immerse yourself in Metricool's brand voice, content strategy, and analytics. Start creating content while understanding opportunities for the team.
First quarter: Take full ownership of the EN content calendar. Begin testing LinkedIn content formats for the US professional audience. Define how responsibilities are distributed across markets — documented and agreed.
To the moon: Become the strategic mind behind Metricool's English-language social presence and a key reference across markets. Set the playbook and identify opportunities ahead of competitors.
Job requirementsExperience
At least 3–5 years of experience managing social media strategies for B2B or SaaS brands.
Proven track record growing Instagram and/or LinkedIn audiences organically.
Experience analysing performance data and making content decisions from it.
Experience working alongside junior team members and providing direction without formal authority.
Languages
English at native or near-native level. All content creation is in English.
Hard skills
Deep understanding of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram).
Comfortable on camera: short-form video creation is a core part of the day-to-day.
Strong knowledge of social media analytics and management tools.
Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English.
Ability to create content that is culturally native to the US market.
Soft skills

Strong organisational skills to manage multiple channels and formats simultaneously.
Collaborative and direct: you work well in a small, international, remote team.

Experience in product marketing for SaaS.
