Part-Time Business Development Manager (Full Remote – US/EU Timezones)

About GenPage
GenPage is redefining how B2B companies do outbound. We are an AI-native platform that generates personalized sales assets - starting with landing pages tailored to every cold outreach lead. Our mission is to help agencies, founders, and growth teams turn generic outreach into high-converting, human-like experiences.
We're growing fast, with 2,500+ users and customers from companies like Google, Upsolve, and Jellyfish. Now we're looking for a part-time Business Development Manager to take ownership of our sales pipeline, manage replies, and drive deals - while enjoying full autonomy and flexibility.
Responsibilities
Be available for discovery calls and demos during US/EU business hours (via your shared calendar, ~5/10 meetings per week)
Manage replies from cold outreach campaigns and convert interest into booked meetings
Own a clean, well-structured sales pipeline from first contact to close (HubSpot preferred)
Support onboarding and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate directly with the founders to refine sales messaging, identify high-value opportunities, and improve our close rates
Compensation
From $1,000/month base (part-time, work with other startups or on your own projects, no questions asked)
Uncapped commission on every deal closed, from 30%+ commissions
