Key Responsibilities
Running The Business
* Lead the customer and operational experience to the terminal assigned.
* Connect our customers as per contractual delivery promise (Dp1/3 and 10) n conjunction with Ocean / Feeder fulfilment teams / Area CX & Delivery / GSP and Terminals.
* Overall accountable for the port complex performance (terminal / towage / pilots / agents / etc.) and building relationship in driving value and optimizing cost to serve.
* Lead execution planning (2-4 weeks) and design planning (3 months) with all teams to ensure customer outcomes & asset capabilities are secured.
* Lead yard and gate strategy with Area and Fulfilment teams to ensure terminal fluidity and cargo velocity through the port complex is maintained.
* Ensure asset turnaround and connections as per specs. Investigate root causes for deviations to plan and adopt measures to avoid recurrence.
* In event of crisis (port disruption / strike and or vessel / cargo incident alongside), participates in relevant CMT and leads the coordination locally with various stakeholders (agents / authorities / etc.)
Improving The Business
* Understand customer pain points / experience (delivery touchpoint) through the port complex and works with stakeholders (internal / external) in driving improvements.
* Supports the Area Business Plan in finding growth opportunities in collaboration with the terminal partner.
Accountable for
* Terminal Performance Dashboard (productivity / asset performance & customer outcomes)
* Operational health of the port complex / customer and cost outcomes.

What We Are Looking For
* A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the industry
* Leading with customer empathy & driving results through others.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Independent decision making in high pressure environment
* Comfortable with digital and data
* Lean practitioner
