WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering roles within production environments.
Strong expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS), including services such as ECS, RDS, S3, and CloudFront.
Solid experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI or similar).
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
Proven experience developing and supporting backend services using Node.js.
Experience working with containerized environments (Docker, ECS and/or EKS).
Good understanding of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and cloud security principles.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, Dynatrace or similar).
Ability to troubleshoot and operate high-availability production systems.
Experience working in Agile environments, ideally in multi-team or scaled setups (e.g. LeSS).
Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional, international teams.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Design, build, and operate scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-native infrastructure on AWS.
Develop and maintain Node.js backend services and APIs as part of product delivery.
Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, automation workflows, and release processes.
Implement and promote Infrastructure as Code practices with reusable and standardized patterns.
Ensure system reliability through monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
Collaborate closely with development teams to embed DevOps practices and shared ownership.
Improve system performance, scalability, and resilience in production environments.
Participate in technical discussions, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work in a product-oriented, Agile environment inspired by LeSS, focusing on continuous delivery and customer value.
Drive automation and operational excellence to improve delivery speed, quality, and system stability.
