Outpost24 is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our team from one of our European offices!We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Product Marketing Manager who can move quickly, think clearly, and translate complex cybersecurity products into compelling narratives that drive adoption and revenue. You bring clarity and structure to ambiguity, and you're as confident shaping strategy as you are executing it - from building GTM plans to producing a video case study, customer story, or product demo.This role can be based in:* United Kingdom (London or Plymouth)* Sweden (Karlskrona or Stockholm)* Spain (Barcelona)* Netherlands (Amsterdam)This is a hybrid role with 2 - 3 days per week in the office.You key responsibilities:* Lead go-to-market execution - driving launches, enhancements, and growth initiatives from strategy to delivery, and ensuring cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing.* Own product positioning and narrative - developing differentiated messaging, value propositions, personas, and assets that stay consistent across website, sales materials, campaigns, webinars, and analyst engagements.* Create high-impact enablement and content - including pitch decks, messaging guides, battlecards, product demos, webinars, and video-led content such as case studies and customer stories.* Drive insight across the organisation - gathering and distilling customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence into clear guidance for product direction and GTM strategy.* Strengthen our analyst presence - coordinating submissions, aligning messaging, and managing timelines and deliverables in partnership with Product and Leadership.* Measure and improve performance - tracking the impact of launches, content, and GTM motions, and continuously refining how we execute.* Work with pace and autonomy in a fast-moving, agile environment - delivering high-quality outputs quickly and reliably.What we are looking for:* 5+ years of B2B Product Marketing experience, with a solid background in cybersecurity (specifically ASM, DRP, or Application Security is a strong plus)* A track record of shaping go-to-market strategy and influencing product and commercial decisions.* A clear, concise writer who can turn technical detail into compelling messaging and content.* Strong storytelling and presentation skills, including webinars, decks, and customer-facing materials.* Ability to move fast and work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.* A collaborative approach with Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing.This job description is a wish list for our next hire, but we don't necessarily expect our next hire to hit all the marks in every category.
