Job Description: HR Manager
Our client, a multinational company, is seeking an HR Manager to build and lead their HR department within an international and growing environment. The HR Manager will work closely with the HR Director and team to develop and implement HR strategies and processes.
Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the HR team, fostering collaboration and development.
2. Act as HR Business Partner (HRBP) to the business, supporting a team of 70 employees.
3. Manage payroll operations in collaboration with an external provider.
4. Oversee administration processes, including implementing and optimizing HR policies, procedures, legal compliance, and negotiating collective agreements.
5. Lead major HR projects such as implementing time management software and an HRIS, with support from the European team.
6. Support change management initiatives and promote effective communication during transitions.
7. Plan, organize, and execute HR-related projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.

Remote working policy allows for 2 days of remote work per week.
