We are looking for a Senior Account Executive (Full Cycle) who will own the Italian market from Barcelona, managing the entire sales process end to end.
Full ownership of the sales cycle (end-to-end) : prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation and closing.
-Development and management of a qualified pipeline focused on Italian clients.
-Consultative selling of a complex B2B SaaS solution.
-Forecasting, pipeline management and CRM discipline.
-Active contribution to sales process definition and best practices.
Pipeline coverage, conversion rate per stage, average deal size, win rate, forecast accuracy, sales cycle length.
Proven experience as Account Executive / Sales Manager B2B SaaS (Full Cycle) .
-Strong experience selling to the Italian market (clients, negotiations, cultural understanding).
-Fluent Italian (C1/C2 – mandatory) .
-Professional English (international environment).
-Solid background in consultative and complex sales.
-Data-driven mindset and strong CRM usage.
