Requisitos:
We are looking for a Key account manager who will consistently achieve sales targets and defined commercial objectives set through a strategic planning process and delivered through a process of advanced Key Account Management (KAM).
* • Implementing and management of commercial programmes and agreements to maximise sales benefit within key accounts.
* • Working within allocated budgets and the company's processes. Understanding and appropriate use of pricing and discount structures.
* • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the market and identifying commercial threats and opportunities through market changes.
* • Communicating implications and impact of commercial programmes to company's stakeholders including sales personnel, supply chain, marketing and finance.
* • Collaboration with stakeholders when making changes to programmes.
* • Working closely with all key departments, specifically marketing, finance, and supply teams.
* • Building and sustaining effective and long-term relationships with key customers, internal and external organisations.
* • Acquisition of new business.
* • Adhering to the company's policies, procedures and GDP Code of Practice.

* • Experience selling to mainline wholesaler, short line wholesaler and large pharmacy groups.
* • Ability to learn and adapt to changes and new strategies.

* • Strong presentation skills.
* • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer's needs.
* • Excellent listening and negotiating skills.
* • Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
* • Must be able to work both independently and within a team environment.
* • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
* • Valid driver's licence.
