Role Description
- 1. Accomplish training management tasks as specified below
- 1.2 Provide assistance to HRD/HRM, training manager and department heads in coordinate and facilitating trainings.
- 1.2 Safe keep certificates, attendance sheet, documentation and other proof of trainings
- 2. Accomplish health and safety management tasks as specified below.
- 2.1 Provide assistance to HRD/HRM, health and safety manager, company physician, company dentist, company nurse, first aiders and safety officers during implementation health and safety programs and activities.
- 2.2 Conduct and document safety walk inspection result and attend H&S; committee meeting
- 2.3 Review and sign AEDR/MOM/WAIR. Analyze and review FR,SR,RTI,LTI and accidental firing reports.
- 3. Accomplish recruitment and selection tasks as specified below.
- 3.1 Accomplish PRF for replacements and manpower request form for new positions and route for signature.
- 3.3 Scan, sort, file and safe-keep application and employment documents.
- 3.4 Assist employee in biometrics, ID and HRIS enrollment
- 3.5 Meet with managers to discuss succession planning, manpower planning and their recruitment needs
- 3.6 Review and update job descriptions.
- 3.7 Management of 201 files.
- 3.8 Conduct employee orientation
- 4. Accomplish compensation and benefits tasks as specified below
- 4.1 Drafting and updating of salary letters.
- 4.2 Processing and coordinate of HMO, life insurance and accident insurance renewal and employee enrollment and claims
- 4.4 Review and sign RFPs in relation to employee benefits
- 4.5 Process and document leave and financial assistance requests
- 5. Accomplish employee and labor relations tasks as specified below
- 5.2 Coordinate appealed NODs, employees for termination to department heads and legal department.
- 5.3 Attend DOLE hearings.
- 5.4 Submit consolidated labour report.
- 6. Accomplish performance management, employee movement, and termination.
- 6.1 Process requests for employee movement
- 6.2 Process exit clearance and other employee related documents
- 6.3 Facilitate performance appraisal of employees
- 6.4 Document and analyze attrition rate
- 7. Provide leadership and support related to employee engagement as specified below
- 7.1 Draft newsletter, announcement and memos for dissemination to employees and letters for outside transactions.
- 7.2 Discuss HR policies and procedures during HR talk.
- 7.3 Draft program/project proposals for approval of HRD.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR), including HR Management practices and policies
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding to offboarding
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 years of work experience in the HR field
