We're growing fast, and paid media is a key lever to bring our products to more families. That's why we're looking for someone who combines data obsession with creative intuition to help us scale in a smart and sustainable way.
About the role
This is a hands-on role with a strategic edge. You'll be the person in the Ecommerce Team owning and evolving our paid acquisition engine, mainly across Google, Meta, Amazon Ads and TikTok Shop.
This is not just about running campaigns — it's about building a growth system:
* keeping CAC under control,
* unlocking scalable growth across different markets,
* ensuring best-in-class coordination with the marketing team,
* defining and challenging channel strategy, budget allocation and cross-channel learnings,
* and continuously testing new ideas to improve performance.
You'll work very closely with creative, brand and ecommerce to make sure everything we launch is not only efficient, but also true to Smileat.
What you'll do
* Own and manage our Google Ads, TikTok Shop, Amazon Advertising and Meta Ads accounts end-to-end.
* Drive profitable growth, balancing scale with efficiency (CAC-LTV, ROAS).
* Lead CAC stabilization efforts: understand what drives volatility and act on it.
* Build a strong creative testing engine:
* new hooks, formats, UGC, messaging angles
* continuous iteration based on data
* Identify scaling opportunities (new audiences, structures, geos, formats).
* Coordinate with creative and brand teams to develop high-performing ads.
* Analyze performance and turn data into clear, actionable insights on a regular basis.
* Bring new ideas, challenge what's not working, and keep improving the system.
We're looking for someone who
* Has 3+ years of experience managing Google, Amazon & Meta campaigns
* Thinks in terms of CAC, LTV, and sustainable growth (not vanity metrics)
* Is both analytical and creative — comfortable in spreadsheets and in ad concepts
* Has experience running structured testing (A/B, creatives, audiences)
* Takes full ownership and enjoys figuring things out
* Moves fast, but with intention
* Fluent English and Spanish required. Additional European languages are a plus
Nice to have
* Experience in DTC / eCommerce / food brands
* Familiarity with subscription models
* Experience with landing page optimization (CRO)
* Understanding of attribution challenges and incrementality
* Experience managing different markets

* We scale paid media while keeping CAC stable (or improving)
* There's always a pipeline of new tests and learnings
