Trusted by industry leaders like BMW, GE Healthcare, and SONOS, our platform accelerates revenue by streamlining every stage of the document lifecycle, driving faster deal cycles, improved accuracy, and seamless digital experiences. /p pb Role Overview /b /pp PDF Butler is looking for an b Events Manager (Temporary / Part-Time) /bto support the planning, coordination, and execution of our sponsored events across regions. /pp This role ensures the smooth delivery of all event activities maintaining high execution standards and consistency across all marketing events. /pp You will play a key role in ensuring our event presence runs seamlessly—supporting logistics, coordination, vendors, and internal stakeholders—while helping maximize lead generation opportunities and brand visibility. /p pb Key Responsibilities: /b /p b Event Coordination Execution /bulli Manage end-to-end coordination of sponsored events /lili Oversee registrations, sponsorship deliverables, exhibitor requirements, deadlines, and execution readiness /lili Ensure all event milestones are tracked and delivered on time /li /ulb Travel Logistics Management /bulli Organise flights, hotels, and travel arrangements for event attendees /lili Ensure cost-effective and efficient travel planning /li /ulb Booth Brand Materials /bulli Coordinate production and delivery of booth assets, merchandise, giveaways, and printed materials /lili Ensure brand consistency across all event materials /li /ulb Stakeholder Vendor Coordination /bulli Liaise with event organisers, suppliers, venues, and internal teams /lili Attend planning calls and manage follow-ups to ensure alignment /li /ulb Budget Tracking /bulli Monitor event-related spend including invoices, travel, and merchandise /lili Ensure activities remain within approved budgets /li /ulb Post-Event Support /bulli Support post-event reporting and feedback collection /lili Track learnings and assist in improving future event execution /li /ul About You ulli Previous experience in marketing support, events, hospitality, travel coordination, or office operations /lili Entry-level, internship, or junior experience is welcome /lili Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously /lili High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines /lili Strong communication skills (written and verbal) /lili Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently /lili Fluent in English (written and spoken) /li /ul What We Offer ulli A hands-on role in a fast-paced international marketing environment /lili Exposure to global events and cross-functional teams /lili Opportunity to contribute directly to brand visibility and lead generation /lili Adaptable part-time structure (20 hours/week) /li /ul
