Currently, from our Barcelona office we are managing the selection process for our client Agilent Technologies. We are looking for a Business Process Analyst for the Pathology Division — Global Marketing (Reagents Portfolio).
In this role you will design and implement marketing strategies for specific products or product lines to establish, improve or differentiate their competitive positioning. You will collaborate with R&D, manufacturing and sales to develop new products and ensure a smooth product introduction, as well as manage the product offering throughout its life cycle.
Main responsibilities
* Design and implement marketing strategies for products or product lines.
* Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing and sales on the launch and introduction of new products.
* Manage the product portfolio throughout its life cycle.
* Conduct competitive analysis to define positioning, segmentation, channels, pricing and service strategy.
* Develop product definitions and solution plans focused on customer needs and market share growth.
* Evaluate business opportunities through market analysis, trend monitoring and understanding customer challenges.
Requirements
* University degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s or equivalent).
* Minimum experience: 5 years in relevant product marketing roles or similar.
* English: C2 level (spoken and written).
* Expert profile in product marketing, with analytical skills and strategic vision.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams.
