Responsibilities / Tasks
- Engineering & Design: Define, calculate, and design mechanical and process systems.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare specifications, procurement documents, reports, and manuals.
- Process Calculations: Size pumps, valves, heat exchangers, pipelines, and select instrumentation.
- 3D Design Supervision: Oversee models, layouts, and preassemblies.
- Procurement & Tendering: Prepare tenders and material lists.
- On-Site Supervision: Ensure quality during assembly and support commissioning.
- Safety & Compliance: Guarantee adherence to regulations and company standards.
- Coordination: Work closely with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.
- Reporting & Sales Support: Track KPIs and assist in planning.
- Travel: Extensive travel and long stays at project sites.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Food Technology.
- Process knowledge in the chemical, dairy, food, or beverage industries is highly desirable.
- Fluent in Spanish & English (mandatory); Chinese, French, or German is a plus.
- Strong management capabilities to lead both internal and external teams in a project environment.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently on projects.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Project finance knowledge (budgeting, cost control, forecasting).
