Experteer Overview As a Supply Chain Manufacturing Specialist, you will plan, coordinate, and optimize end-to-end supply chain activities for Structures manufacturing, interfacing with Engineering, Quality, and suppliers. You’ll ensure material availability, tooling, and test compliance across multiple production sites while maintaining cost, quality, and delivery objectives. You will drive improvements in material flow, inventory strategies, and supplier performance to support ramp-ups and new programs. This role offers impact across aerospace structures, composites, and high-performance materials in a fast-paced environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Plan and manage material flow for diverse materials manufacturing operations
- Coordinate procurement of raw materials and tooling
- Develop production-aligned material plans (MRP), safety stocks, and inventory strategies
- Interface with Engineering, Quality, and suppliers to support build schedules and resolve supply constraints
- Monitor supplier performance (OTD, quality, lead time, cost) and drive corrective actions
- Support sourcing activities including RFQs, technical evaluations, tests, and contract implementation
- Manage lead times for long-cycle materials and critical path items
- Drive continuous improvement across logistics, inventory turns, and cost reductions
- Participate in Make/Buy decisions and support industrialization of new composite products
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, material traceability, and documentation (AS9100 / ISO)
- Support production ramp-ups and new program introductions, propose improvements
- Maintain master data in ERP systems (BOMs, routings, lead times, MOQ)
- Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategiesResponsabilidades
- 5+ years in manufacturing supply chain or procurement
- experience with aerospace materials (metallics, plastics, composites)
- knowledge of AS9100 / ISO standards
