Main duties:
Provide out-of-hours support to monitor batch jobs and system alerts.Troubleshoot operational issues, providing timely updates and resolutions to warehouse operatives.Diagnose issues using log files and relevant tools.Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve processes.Work with engineering to resolve service quality issues.Identify potential issues and suggest corrective actions.Ensure excellent customer service and issue resolution.What We Are Looking For
If you’re a Google Cloud expert, hands-on, structured, and seeking a new challenge, keep reading:
2+ years of experience in support or helpdesk roles.Knowledge of Google Cloud infrastructure and services.Understanding of Google Cloud network architecture, security services, and IAM.Proven SQL experience.Experience with languages like Python, Ruby, or Go.Experience developing tools and interacting with Google Cloud APIs.Detail-oriented and organized.Excellent customer service skills.Ability to multitask in an agile environment and handle challenging situations responsibly.Ability to read and understand log files.Strong communication skills across stakeholder levels.Solution-focused with a mindset for continuous improvement.Independent, proactive, and willing to get things done.Why Paack?
