We have more than 135 sales branches and more than 35 production centers around the world, in addition to strategically distributed logistics hubs that support our production and distribution centers.Our team is comprised of more than 7,000 employees motivated and skilled employees from over 45 countries.Mission:The Demand Planner will be responsible for developing and managing demand forecasts to ensure product availability, optimize inventory levels, and improve forecast accuracy.
This role will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to align demand plans with business strategy and market requirements.Your responsibilities:Develop and maintain short-, mid- and long-term demand forecasts.Analyze sales trends, historical data, and market insights to generate accurate demand plans.Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to incorporate campaign activities, product launches, and promotions into demand forecasts.Identify risks and opportunities in the supply chain and recommend corrective or preventive actions.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (forecast accuracy, inventory levels, service levels).
Actively participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) process, providing insights and support for decision-making.Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on demand performance and variances.To succeed in this role, you'll need a positive attitude and the following:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.2–4 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or related functions.Advanced Excel skills; experience with planning tools (SAP APO, Anaplan, Kinaxis, etc.) is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.High level of English (additional languages are a plus).
