- Develop and update budget baselines with project teams and stakeholders
- Create and refine capex estimates during planning and scope definition
- Produce BoQ and audit pricing documents
- Identify cost-saving options and support value engineering
- Monitor expenses against budgets and forecast variances
- Perform financial analysis and prepare client/stakeholder reports
- Support procurement during tender and commercial bid revisions
- Lead commercial clarifications with bidders and prepare client recommendations
- Collaborate with procurement and contract management to optimize contracts
- Standardize cost planning guidelines and templates and benchmark costsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in building engineering, quantity surveying and / or MEP engineering
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a consultant or general contractor role
- Excellent English written communication
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
