Digital Operational Resilience Analyst

What You Will Be Doing
As a Digital Operational Resilience Analyst, you will support the Group’s resiliency goals and the Resilience Officer role according to sector and regulatory standards, including new requirements introduced by DORA (EU regulation).
- Coordinate with teams across the three lines of defense and proactively foster collaboration among risk roles across the Group organization.
- Help establish the Group Resilience profile by analyzing and monitoring resilience metrics and thresholds management.
- Review and monitor compliance with the resilience profile, identify potential weaknesses or risks through metric monitoring and reporting.
- Ensure solid and homogeneous embedding of internal resilience standards and oversee measures adopted to address non‑compliance resilience standards.
- Collaborate to interpret and scope resilience requirements.
- Perform activities required by DORA on resilience strategy maintenance, resilience yearly report, methodology and outcome for evaluating the resilience strategy.
- Monitor arrangements with IT service providers, oversee strategy and related risk exposure, and maintain relevant documentation regarding ICT third‑party service providers.
Experience
- Over 2 years of experience in technology and/or cybersecurity, especially regarding IT Governance and Information risk management.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience: Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Information Security.
Skills & Knowledge
- Analytical thinking, methodology, conceptual skills, and consulting, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Adaptability and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of IT risk assessments and control assurances.
- Knowledge of technology and risk‑related regulation for the financial sector.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Organized and detail‑oriented.
