Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Business Developer to drive growth and expand market presence across Spain and Portugal for a leading European smart charging and energy management company.
The role focuses on identifying new clients, building strong relationships, and promoting intelligent charging hardware and energy management solutions across residential, commercial, and B2B channels. This is a high-impact position for someone eager to contribute directly to the energy transition and smart mobility ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business through research, cold outreach, email campaigns, and networking
* Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, delivering tailored solutions and excellent service
* Manage CRM records and ensure timely follow-up across the sales pipeline
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation
* Support clients with product knowledge, technical guidance, and solution positioning
* Contribute to expanding the company's footprint in the Iberian market
Key Experience
* 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales development roles
* Comfortable engaging proactively with clients and managing multiple relationships
* Interest in electric mobility, renewable energy, and smart home technology
* Proven ability to xpzdshu meet targets and drive business growth
* Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese (written and spoken)
* Willingness to travel within Spain and Portugal as needed
Qualifications
* Demonstrated track record of generating leads and closing deals
* Experience using CRM systems for pipeline management
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
* Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-growing market
