About The Role The role of a Real Estate Agent involves acting as a trusted intermediary, facilitating transactions between property buyers and sellers. You will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the entire buying or selling process, ensuring they achieve their goals in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities Accompany clients on property viewings.
Provide expert advice on suitability, value, and market conditions.
Craft and present purchase offers to potential buyers.
Understand client needs and financial capabilities to propose appropriate solutions.
Offer guidance on negotiation strategies, pricing, mortgages, legal aspects, and related matters.
Prepare all necessary paperwork, including contracts.
Maintain in-depth market knowledge and create comprehensive property listings.
Review and ensure compliance with purchase contracts.
Uphold high ethical standards and ensure fair dealing in all transactions.
Qualifications Real estate experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Self‐motivated team player with a goal‐oriented mindset.
Commitment to long‐term career growth.
Basic proficiency in internet usage, Windows, and MS Office.
Flexible working hours.
Valid driver's license required.
Working Hours Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM)
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Getting On If you are inexperienced, you do not need to worry as TEKCE Academy will provide you with the necessary online training for 2 weeks.
