The mission: /p pDevelop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with the organization’s objectives, ensuring we follow the global defined guidelines, compliance and bringing in the best practices in the industry. /p pBring in the best talent to match these roles (considering internal and external talent). Provide guidance to the team, high levels of engagement to enable high performance but also care for our company and brands. /p pAlign regional compensation teams CHROs into the new strategy. /p pDevelop, define and communicate (take into systems where needed) the new TR process, aligned with the new strategy in the region. Agility, compliance, comprehensive data insights and data accuracy will be key expectations on this new process. /p pDefine, develop and implement the product/system to drive this new process, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. /p pEnsure the new strategy adoption in all entities. /p pManage regional benefits strategy and vendors to produce the best EVP for our employees at the best possible cost. /p pProactively identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline rewards workflows, from data modeling to scaling internal communications. /p h3Qualifications /h3 pYou have a proven track record in Total Rewards, specifically within high-growth tech or multi-brand environments. You’ve seen what "good" looks like, but you’re hungry to build "great". /p pYou own it: You take full responsibility for the European rewards landscape.
