We are currently recruiting a Senior Design Manager with solid experience in Railway Design and Team Leading, to join our busy and expanding experienced team with special focus on US, Canada and ANZ markets. The team provides assessment, concept, feasibility, preliminary and detailed designs on a wide range of Railway Projects across the globe.
Qualifications Minimum Requirements
* Proven track record of technical work on Railway design collaborating with international and multi-cultural teams (+10 years), combined with project management or design management experience (+2 years) on large international Railway Projects.
* Strong technical leadership of teams in the delivery of Railway projects focused on delivering for the Client.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within teams or in a wider collaboration.
* Proven commitment with Quality Control Policy and Quality Management System.
* Experience working in the US, Canada and / or ANZ will be highly valuable.
* Fluent in English (oral and written).
Preferred Qualifications
* Master’s degree in civil engineering.
* US and / or Australia Professional Engineer license will be considered favorably.
