A Day in the Life
We offer a challenging role where you will be responsible for:
* Analyzing market trends, developing an effective sales strategy, and presenting it to management for approval.
* Maximizing sales by performing all necessary activities from product introduction to contract negotiation.
* Identifying and engaging key decision makers and influencers across various accounts, providing regular updates via our systems and personal reports to the district manager.
* Fostering strong relationships with key opinion leaders and decision makers through collaboration with regional and business managers.
* Providing technical support to customers, including physicians, consultants, and cardiologists, according to territory guidelines.
* Training hospital staff on Medtronic products, utilizing resources as needed for effective education.
* Planning and forecasting sales performance by account, product, and therapy, along with proposed meetings, customer activities, and investments.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a relevant field.
* At least 5 years of experience in the medical device industry, preferably in intensive care units and/or anesthesia areas.
* Knowledge of the competitive marketplace and the decision-making process with customers (economic buyer, reimbursement).
* Fluency in English.
* Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Marketing knowledge is highly valued.
