Position Overview:
As a KAM Distributor Manager, you will manage and develop key distribution accounts for tyres across all segments. Your responsibilities include achieving sales, profitability, and service level objectives, strategic planning, P&L analysis, and coordinating with logistics, supply, and finance teams. You will work closely with Marketing & Market Intelligence teams and report directly to the Regional Director for Iberia.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage relationships with major distribution partners to maximize profitability and sustainability.
* Develop annual commercial plans and growth strategies for each key account aligned with company goals.
* Negotiate commercial agreements, contractual conditions, promotional activities, and sell-out initiatives.
* Monitor and analyze customer-specific P&L to ensure margins and profitability.
* Coordinate with logistics and supply chain departments for stock levels and on-time deliveries.
* Prepare sales forecasts and collaborate with demand planning and sales teams.
* Identify new business opportunities, product development prospects, and distribution channel improvements.
* Prepare performance reports and market analysis regularly.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Requirements:
* University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
* At least 5 years of experience in similar roles within automotive, tyre distribution, or industrial sectors.
* Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
* Strong knowledge of P&L management, financial analysis, and logistics/supply chain processes.
* Experience managing multichannel accounts (B2B, retail, e-commerce).
* Deep understanding of the tyre market across segments.
* Proficient in analytical tools like Excel, Power BI, and CRM systems.
* Willing to travel frequently within national and regional territories.
* Excellent communication, influence, and presentation skills.
* Proactive, autonomous, organized, and able to handle multiple projects under pressure.
* Customer-focused with a value-driven mindset.
* Team-oriented with leadership and collaboration skills.
