Job Description
The role involves responding to standard customer inquiries regarding the company's products and services.
Responsibilities include answering documents, monitoring call center calls, emails, and transactions, and requesting additional or missing information from customers via letter or telephone to address inquiries.
The position also requires tracking client and product order information and logging client data in spreadsheets to assist with monitoring call center activity.

Work Environment
