In this role, you will act as the central bridge between creative, technical art, and production teams—ensuring every 3D, 2D, UI, VFX, and audio asset moves smoothly from concept to final deployment. You will be responsible for organizing, optimizing, documenting, and automating asset flows inside our AI-assisted environments, Unity-based workflows, and internal creative platforms.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and refine 3D, animation, VFX, UI, and audio assets for use in lightweight interactive creatives. Automate asset preparation and deployment workflows (naming, compression, optimization) via internal AI utilities or custom scripts. Ensure asset compatibility with automated production pipelines and internal tools. Maintain clear folder structures, naming conventions, and version-control practices across multiple projects. Test and validate assets in various 3D tools to ensure quality, consistency, and performance. Collaborate closely with creative, technical art, and development teams to align asset production with project goals. Create and maintain documentation for each asset package to ensure clarity and reusability. Identify opportunities to increase automation and reduce manual steps in production workflows.
Requirements Hands-on experience with 3D creation software (Blender preferred; familiarity is a plus). Strong understanding of optimization principles: polygon reduction, texture compression, material efficiency. Awareness of AI-assisted production pipelines or creative automation systems. General comprehension of interactive or game logic and how asset choices impact performance. Excellent organizational skills: strict naming, clean file management, version tracking. Basic scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, CLI) for automation tasks. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both creative and technical stakeholders. Confident English communication, written and spoken. (Optional) Experience with Git, render pipelines, Unity environments, or proprietary asset-management systems.
