The Accounting Clerk is responsible for all areas related to financial reporting within a multi-company organization, along with the Finance Manager. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements. The Clerk will manage accounts receivable, make payments on incoming invoices, and perform project-based cost accounting. This position faces tight deadlines and performs a variety of accounting activities, including preparing financial reports, preparing public bids and year-end audits, and supporting budgeting activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform daily accounting activities.
* Ensure timely closure of month-end procedures.
* Management of consolidated financial statements and transactions between group companies.
* Collection and payment management.
* Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring performance against established financial objectives.
* Extract project costs.
* Identify and implement process improvements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
* Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements. Manage all audits, both internal and external, as well as prepare corporate income tax returns.
* Ensure that you comply with state and intra-community taxes (110, 115, 303, 390, 349 and Intrastat) on time and in the correct manner.
* Support the Finance Manager with special projects and workflow process improvements.
* Participate in and lead the company's occupational risk prevention policy at the documentary level.
* Participate and support the management team in organizing marketing events, trade shows, and controlling the costs of these campaigns.

Experience and Training
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Accounting.
* Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience.
* Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
* Experience with Microsoft Business Central and Power BI.
