In this pivotal role, you won't just manage a list; you will be the architect of our customer journeys. From spearheading a critical CRM migration to building sophisticated automated workflows, you will drive retention and lifetime value (LTV) through personalized, data-led storytelling. brKey Responsibilities: br1. Strategic CRM Leadership Migration brLead the Migration: Project manage and execute our CRM migration, ensuring a seamless transition and optimized setup. brStrategy Ownership: Evolve the global CRM strategy to boost engagement and conversion rates. brDatabase Management: Precision segmentation to deliver hyper-targeted communication. brLifecycle Orchestration: Design end-to-end programs (Onboarding, Nurturing, Re-engagement). brLead Scoring: Maintain a robust model to prioritize high-value opportunities for Sales and Admissions. br2. Email Marketing Technical Execution brCampaign Deployment: Manage everything from weekly newsletters to complex automated flows. brCreative Oversight: Direct copywriting, layout, and design with rigorous Quality Assurance (QA). brOptimization: Continuous A/B testing of subject lines, CTAs, and send times. brTechnical Integrity: Manage data hygiene, integrations (APIs/Webhooks), and high-converting landing pages. br3. Automation, Analytics Compliance brAdvanced Workflows: Build triggers based on user behavior and predictive rules. brData-Driven Insights: Track KPIs including Open Rates, CTR, Churn, and LTV. brActionable Reporting: Use GA, Power BI, and CRM native analytics to drive strategy. brCompliance: Maintain deliverability health and strict adherence to GDPR CAN-SPAM. br4. Cross-Functional Collaboration brInternal Partnering: Work with Sales, Admissions, and Academics to ensure a unified voice. brCreative/IT Liaison: Coordinate with visual teams for assets and IT for system troubleshooting. brAbout you: brExperience: 3+ years of proven success in CRM or Email Marketing. brCRM Expertise: High proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics (Core requirement). Experience with Hub Spot, Salesforce, or Klaviyo is a plus. brAnalytical Stack: Comfort navigating Google Analytics, Power BI, and native CRM reporting. brEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications. brLanguages: Full professional command of English (Excellent copywriting is a must). Preferred Assets: brIndustry experience within Higher Education. brTechnical knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization. brFamiliarity with personalization engines and advanced A/B testing tools.
