The IOC Analyst is a critical part of our future success, and we are looking for the best candidates. The worker supports technical services and support functions under the guidance of technical lead engineers.
Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Reports design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training.
Provides support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated.

* Monitor, detect and prevent incidents.
* Effectively communicate and escalate complex technical issues to customers.
* Supervise alarms and events on platforms in real-time.
* Attend to monitoring-related consults and claims.
* Registry and resolution of incidents.
* Take ownership of Tier 1 customer issues and resolve them.
* Execute standard changes for customer requests.
* Support upper Tiers in deploying new solutions.
