As a CRM-focused role at Fever, you’ll lead activation of customer data to design and execute an end-to-end CRM strategy across email, push, and in-app channels. You’ll refine multi-channel communications and retention plans to elevate the customer experience. Working with the CRM Manager, you’ll shape the customer lifecycle and targeting strategies to improve program effectiveness, with rigorous measurement and reporting. This high-growth role puts you at the heart of Fever’s mission to democratize live entertainment, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and engagement.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Activate customer data to develop and execute an end-to-end CRM strategy across email, push, and in-app channels
• Continuously refine multi-channel communications and develop retention strategies for outstanding customer experience
• Support the CRM Manager to define the customer lifecycle and contact strategies across touch-points and key segments
• Ensure campaigns have clearly defined success metrics and are tracked, analyzed, and insight-driven
• Own weekly/monthly reporting and ad hoc deep dives to monitor performance and inform decisions
Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and CRM (mobile and web)
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience with ESPs (Mailchimp, Sendgrid, etc)
• Proficient in HTML
• Strong copywriting skills
• Ability to develop and optimize CRM flows to drive revenue
• Experience leveraging behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data xpzdshu for insights
• Commercially savvy, analytical and data-driven
• Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage high-paced workload
• Fluent in English and able to collaborate in a multinational team
