We are looking for a results-driven, innovative, and motivated Head of Business Development to join our Business Development team.

As a Head of Business Development, your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct continuous market analysis, including potential clients, key players, and competitors.
- Prepare commercial offers.
- Negotiate the presented proposals until the signing of the LOI or Contract, playing a leading role in advanced negotiations.
- Coordinate with the technical team to develop proposals, including technical scope and project timeline definition.
- Plan, guide, control, and supervise the business development activities of the assigned team.
- Monitor team performance and achievement of results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry. A PhD in Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or Chemistry would be a plus.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
