**About the role and team** 
Adform‘s Marketing department consists of talented professionals who manage the product marketing, marcom and design of the company. Our strength lies within our team. The Global Marcom Manager will support and execute a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy, in line with global brand direction while reflecting local priorities. Working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets. Supporting the planning and implementation of PR and/or initiatives related to the brand. 
We are looking for a devoted marketer to join our team in Madrid, with the guidance of our Global Marcom Director. 
**Your responsibilities** 
- Be a proactive sparring partner with local management team translating the general marketing strategy to fit locally. 
- Responsible for local marketing strategy definition including alignment with country managers on KPIs: Taking ownership of local marketing plans, understanding market needs. 
- Drive and coordinate specific local marketing activities: awards, research, local events. Eg: Nordics research content, meetings; or content for award submissions. 
- Drive and coordinate Global Research initiatives 
- Drive, support and implement key mktg campaigns. Eg: Gartner Magic Quadrants, PwC Reports 
- Drive the selection of speaker opps & pitching of Adform speakers. 
- Responsible for definition for webinars, events & speaker opps 
- Driving global events (Cannes, WFA) including negotiate and coordinate 
- Awards submissions: selection of industry most relevant for adform; identify categories in which Adform can participate; coordination with adform stakeholders to elaborate submission texts (10 per year) 
- Ownership of T2 comms agencies 
**We expect you** 
- Have a higher degree preferably in Business or Marketing 
- Consider yourself a Marketing generalist, with experience creating content, driving events and driving PR agencies among others 
- + 5 years of marketing experience 
- International work experience or previous experience in a global organization 
- Are fluent in English (written and spoken) 
- Have good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and other MS Office tools 
- Have the ability to pick up responsibilities quickly and work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize responsibilities accordingly 
- Possess dedication, passion and you are attentive to details with the ability to effectively multi-task operations/projects with deadlines 
- Have excellent interpersonal skills - able to work effectively as a team member 
- Have good written, presentation and verbal communication skills 
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment in a rapidly evolving industry that requires a blend of strategic thinking and highly flexible and adaptive adjustment on the go
