Technical degree or vocational training in facility maintenance or a related field2-3 years of experience in infrastructure or property maintenanceProficiency in using various maintenance tools and equipmentKnowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVACUnderstanding of landscaping and outdoor maintenance techniquesFamiliarity with safety protocols and proceduresRelevant safety certifications (e.G., OSHA or equivalent)Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communicationStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical capability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting and climbingValid driver's licenseFlexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as neededKnowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plusAdditional Information
