As Principal Technical Animator on Minecraft Blast, you shape how characters and mobs move, react, and express emotion across mobile-first gameplay. You own the rigging and animation asset pipeline and build high-quality rigs that fit the project's style. You configure Unity animator state machines for procedural animation and support narrative moments with timelines. You collaborate with technical artists to connect motion with audio and VFX, driving a cohesive animation pipeline at scale.
