Position title: Document Control Coordinator
Reporting to: Offshore Document Control Manager / Project Quality Manager
Duration: Start Date: 1st July 2025 | End Date: 31st December 2025
Working Location: Madrid, Spain
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 5 days a week
Main Purpose of Job
The Document Control Coordinator will be responsible for leading and coordinating project-specific Document Controls (DCs), supporting the Offshore Document Control Manager & Project Quality Manager with document management, resolving control issues, allocating workloads, and developing the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and document control processes. The role involves providing professional, timely document control services to projects and operational contracts, ensuring proper distribution, acknowledgment, and record-keeping of documentation according to company procedures.
Accountabilities
* Coordinate all Project Document Controllers to ensure document management processes are implemented across all departments.
* Develop and maintain the Electronic Document Management System.
* Manage access and permission rights for staff and contractors concerning the Document Management Database.
* Conduct training sessions on EDMS for staff and external parties.
* Ensure documentation complies with the Quality Management System and relevant specifications.
* Maintain up-to-date lists of drawings and documents, ensuring revisions are stored and controlled for easy retrieval.
* Support and monitor project document management, including KPIs as per project requirements.
* If no dedicated document control on the project, the DCC will assume all document control activities and responsibilities.

Additional Information
Experience in wind or electricity generation industries and familiarity with Aconex is advantageous but not essential.
