About the job
This position involves processing orders received via phone and/or mail from both domestic and international customers. Responsibilities include verifying order completeness and accuracy, assessing delivery feasibility, maintaining customer contacts for specific needs, and ensuring proper sales administration.
What are you going to do as a Customer Service Officer?
* Take orders by phone and email
* Handle customer calls
* Collaborate with logistics for shipment organization
* Prepare order confirmations and export documentation
* Ensure customer expectations are met and process invoicing
* Work closely with sales, accounting, quality, product, and supply chain departments
* Process returns, credit, and debit memos
* Monitor delivery times, customer demands, and forecasts
* Manage the order backlog in coordination with the warehouse
* Handle customer complaints and escalations
What do you bring as a Customer Service Officer?
* At least 1 year of experience in a customer-oriented role
* Fluent in English and Portuguese
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience with administrative procedures and similar work
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 is a plus
