Department:Operations / Production Reports to:General ManagerAbout the role Multi-Wing is looking for aProduction Managerto take full responsibility for production operations at our plant in La Roca, Catalona, Spain. This is a senior leadership role with a strong focus onproduction management, quality, operational performance, and financial results, working closely with Supply Chain, Quality, HR, Customer Service, and Finance.You will play a key role in ensuring efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective production while driving continuous improvement, people development, and long-term operational stability in line with Multi-Wing's strategic objectives.Key responsibilitiesProduction & Plant Operations Lead and manage daily production operations, ensuring delivery, quality, and efficiency targets are met Ensure stable production flow, optimal capacity utilization, and effective resource planning Oversee production, quality, customer service, HR, and supply chain functions at plant level Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvementStrategic & Operational Leadership Develop and execute production and plant strategies aligned with Multi-Wing's long-term goals Define, track, and improve operational KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity Initiate and lead efficiency, automation, and process improvement initiativesQuality & Compliance Ensure full responsibility forproduct and system quality, including ISO 9001 compliance Manage customer and supplier non-conformities and corrective actions Review product-related contracts and quality documentation Cooperate with external inspectors, auditors, and certification bodiesFinancial & Cost Management Take ownership of production cost control and contribute to fullplant P&L responsibility Prepare and manage production budgets in collaboration with Finance Monitor labor, material, maintenance, and overhead costs Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safetyPeople & Resource Management Ensure adequate staffing, competence development, and succession planning Lead, coach, and develop production and quality teams Make decisions related to hiring, performance evaluation, promotions, and development Foster a safe, inclusive, and performance-oriented work environmentSustainability & Continuous Improvement Actively contribute to Multi-Wing's sustainability initiatives within production Identify and implement improvements related to energy efficiency, waste reduction, and responsible manufacturing Promote Lean, continuous improvement, and structured problem-solving methodologiesYour profileExperience & background Proven experience in aProduction Manager / Plant Manager / Operations Managerrole Strong background inmechanical or industrial manufacturing Experience withquality management systems (ISO 9001) Demonstrated responsibility for production performance, costs, and people leadership Experience working in an international or multi-site environment is an advantageLeadership & competencies Strong people leader with hands-on, pragmatic management style Structured, analytical, and results-oriented Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership Strong communication skills and ability to work across functions Continuous improvement mindset with high attention to quality and detailLanguage & systems Fluent inEnglishandSpanish(written and spoken) Experience working with ERP systems and production KPIs Knowledge of Lean / continuous improvement tools is a plusWhat we offer A key leadership role in aglobal, engineering-driven company Real influence on production strategy, performance, and culture Competitive compensation package Modern working environment Opportunity for long-term career development within Multi-Wing Collaborative, respectful cultureAbout Multi-Wing Multi-Wing is a global leader incustomized airflow solutionsfor industrial and commercial applications.
