Job Description :
An opportunity for a Security Business Partner has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid).
The selected candidate will join the Regulatory & National Security manager.
Key Responsibilities :
* Act as a primary point of contact for security inquiries and issues across business units and functions.
* Improve visibility and understanding of security obligations and risks within activities performed by Airbus.
* Provide security expertise in initial negotiations for new contracts, as well as guidance during development and in the service phase.
* Support Programmes in managing contractual security clauses and ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations with both customers and suppliers.
* Identify and share security best practices across different Programmes.
* Support security training and awareness initiatives.
Required Skills :
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, security management, or engineering.
* Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (verbal and written); French and German are a plus.
* Eligibility for security clearance by the proper authority.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong problem-solving skills to assess security risks and provide recommendations.
* Strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
* A proactive approach to identifying potential security risks and challenges; a mindset with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to thrive under pressure.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
* Experience in defence/military aerospace programmes, preferably in an international context.
* Knowledge about Airbus products, culture, and processes.
