We are currently recruiting for a
A day in the Life:
1. Provide technical support for Thermo Fisher Scientific Laboratory Equipment via phone, email, chat, and web
2. Resolve complex technical questions by leveraging internal experts and resources
3. Document customer interactions in CRM systems to support quality and continuous improvement
4. Contribute to knowledge bases, training materials, and internal technical resources
5. Stay current through ongoing product training and continuing education
6. Collaborate on cross-functional projects and team initiatives
7. Occasional travel may be required
Keys to Success:
8. Master’s degree in Life Sciences, or Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of hands-on laboratory experience in electrochemistry
9. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
10. Prior customer-facing experience is a strong advantage
11. Demonstrated ability to quickly absorb, understand, and apply complex technical information
12. Natural problem-solver with strong curiosity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
13. Comfortable working with digital tools, including CRM systems, databases, and standard office applications
14. Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment, particularly electrochemical instrumentation such as pH meters, conductivity meters, and related analytical devices
