Reporting to the Executive Chef of B&I; and the Culinary Director of the company in Spain.
Responsibilities
Conduct culinary R&D; activities, exploring and selecting new Chinese suppliers and products.
Ensure the highest standards of flavor, temperature, and presentation for Chinese cuisine.
Maintain consistency and creativity in food display and preparation.
Communicate with clients to adapt dishes to their specific preferences when necessary.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within high‑end kitchens.
Extensive knowledge of Chinese gastronomy across all regions, techniques, and concepts.
Familiarity with HACCP standards and food safety regulations.
Creativity, team leadership, schedule flexibility, and ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong capacity for innovation.
Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Knowledge of Spanish or English is preferred but not essential.
