About SVibe
SVibe is a fast-growing sexual wellness startup working with partners across the globe. We're a small, tight-knit team that moves fast, works hard, and doesn't hide behind process. If you thrive in environments where things change weekly and every person's contribution is felt immediately — you'll fit right in.
We're looking for a B2C Marketing Manager to help us grow our direct-to-consumer channel.
The Role
You'll be the go-to person for SVibe's B2C marketing, reporting directly to the founder. We have a solid organic revenue base — your job is to help scale it by managing our roster of specialist agencies and executing across multiple channels.
You'll have real visibility into the B2C P&L; — revenue, spend, and margins — and you'll be expected to use that to make smart day-to-day decisions about where we invest and how we grow.
Agency & Channel Management
- Manage relationships with external agencies across paid media, influencer marketing, crowdfunding, marketplace, email/CRM, and e-commerce platforms — hands-on, not at arm's length
- Brief agencies clearly, review their work critically, and push them when output isn't good enough
- Track performance across channels and flag what's working and what isn't
Website & DTC Operations
- Be the main person looking after SVibe's website — from conversion optimization to making sure the storefront reflects the brand
- Help improve the customer journey from first touch to repeat purchase
Collaboration
- Work closely with our Content Manager on creative, content, and brand execution to make sure growth efforts and brand voice move in lockstep
Growth Over Time
- As specific channels scale, we'll hire dedicated specialists. You'll have input into when that happens and what we need.
Who You Are
Must-haves:
- 3–5 years of marketing experience with a strong career trajectory — we care more about the slope of your growth than the exact titles on your CV
- Commercially minded — you're comfortable thinking in terms of revenue, CAC, LTV, and ROAS, not just impressions and clicks
- Happy being a generalist in a small team where you'll context-switch between reviewing ad creative, chasing an agency for deliverables, and troubleshooting a checkout flow — all in the same morning
- High standards for agency output — you've either managed agencies before or you're the type who won't let mediocre work slide
- Ready to match the pace of a startup where everyone wears multiple hats and nobody waits to be told what to do
- Fluent in English (our working language)
Strong pluses:
- Experience managing agencies from the brand side (not agency-side experience — brand-side, holding agencies xqbhyrx accountable)
- Hands-on experience with any of: Meta Ads, crowdfunding campaigns, influencer programs, Amazon, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, Shopify
- Experience in DTC / e-commerce — you understand conversion funnels and what makes someone click "buy"
Personality fit:
- You're energized, not intimidated, by working in sexual wellness — it's a category that requires confidence, taste, and a sense of humor
- You're self-directed and don't need someone looking over your shoulder
- You'd rather be close to the numbers and held accountable than hide behind activity metrics
What We Offer
- A hands-on role with real responsibility and direct access to the founder
- A seat at the table where your impact is immediately visible — no layers, no politics
- The energy of a fast-moving startup with integral reach
- Room to grow as the B2C channel scales
- Full-time position in our Valencia office
