Role Overview
Lead strategic HR projects with a strong focus on cultural transformation and effective implementation across operational sites. Ensure HR initiatives are aligned with business goals, delivered with impact, and successfully adopted by leaders and teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
Cultural Transformation
- Design and implement initiatives that promote a people-centered culture focused on leadership, recognition, transparency, and team development.
- Drive mindset change among middle managers to take ownership of people management.
- Measure cultural impact through KPIs related to engagement, climate, and absenteeism.
Strategic Project Management
- Coordinate the HR project portfolio (talent, training, compensation, climate, etc.) ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Apply Agile methodologies to foster collaboration, iteration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
Implementation
- Ensure project governance and oversight across all HR initiatives.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Change Management & Communication
- Design communication and training plans to support change adoption.
- Act as a liaison between HR and operational teams.
- Identify cultural and operational barriers and propose practical solutions.
Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze data on absenteeism, turnover, climate, and performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare progress reports and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Promote a culture of learning and ongoing evolution.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Graduate Degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, ideally with a focus on HR or culture and transformation.
- Experience implementing projects in operational or multi-site environments.
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean, or similar methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.G., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
- Project management certification is a plus.
- Languages: Fluent in both English and Spanish.
