You will lead a mission-oriented organization, ensure a top-tier work environment, and coordinate the Food Service Sales Department in Spain, as well as develop and implement commercial strategies. /ppstrongWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING /strong /pulliManage all sales and commercial activities within the Food sector in Spain; /liliDesign mid- and long-term strategic plans, translating Electrolux Professional's strategy into actionable models within the territory; /liliSet market share growth targets aligned with group commercial strategies; /liliDrive profitable growth through commercial innovation and market share maximization; /liliOversee the management and delivery of the commercial PL; /liliCreate value by optimizing sales performance and ensuring ongoing profitable growth in volume and value; /liliAssess and minimize commercial risks; /liliAnalyze market trends to maximize the impact of the commercial strategy; /liliEnsure proper pricing management and terms conditions; /liliMaintain and expand a network of existing and new customers/partners; /liliSupport the profitable development of key accounts; /liliManage, coach, and develop direct reports (Area Managers BDM); /liliLead a cross-functional team and collaborate with other functions in a matrix organization; /liliManage customer relationships and incorporate customer insights into the company; /liliCreate a sustainable environment to develop talent aligned with commercial strategy; /liliImplement and promote digitalization initiatives. /li /ulpstrongWE THINK YOU’LL THRIVE IF YOU /strong /pulliCan define and drive long-term business goals, align teams, and adapt strategies to market changes; /liliPossess strong operational leadership skills focused on efficiency and continuous improvement; /liliHave experience in leading, motivating, and developing multicultural teams; /liliAre fluent in Spanish and English; /liliHold a degree in Business Administration (BSc or MSc preferred); /liliHave at least 10 years of sales experience in the industry; /liliHave a solid understanding of the B2B Food Professional market (a strong advantage); /liliDeep knowledge of the sales process from lead generation to closing; /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; /liliProficient in CRM systems, with Salesforce.com as a plus; /liliComfortable working in international environments; /liliStrong command of Microsoft 365 tools. /li /ulpstrongOUR CULTURE IN 4 WORDS /strong /ppBe Customer Obsessed.
