DOGA is a growing multinational company with over 60 years of experience in developing customized projects for various industrial sectors. With a strong focus on R&D, we have established ourselves as a key player in creating advanced solutions by combining electronic and mechanical engineering. We design and manufacture our own products, allowing us to maintain full control over quality and innovation. With a global presence, we have subsidiaries in Italy, the United States, Mexico, Brazil, China, India, Morocco, and Japan, distributing products to over 70 countries.

We are looking for an Account Manager who will increase the presence of our products in the markets under their responsibility, achieve optimal profitability, and open new customer relationships.


ESSENTIAL TASKS

1. Analyze current markets and explore opportunities in new ones.
2. Lead and nurture commercial relationships in assigned markets, managing the customer portfolio through visits, identifying needs, and detecting business opportunities.
3. Propose and implement an annual business plan.
4. Assess and offer tailored solutions to secure sales contracts with new clients by aligning products and projects with their specific needs.
5. Oversee project execution to ensure commitments to customers are fully met, maintaining high standards of service and satisfaction.


PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

* Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
* At least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
* High level of both oral and written English.
* Valuable additional languages: German, Japanese.
* Proactive, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and effective decision-making.
* Skilled at working autonomously and collaboratively, excelling in relationship management, negotiation, and communication with key clients.
