We are looking for an experienced
Marketing Director
to define and lead our global marketing strategy across omnichannel B2B and B2C environments. This role is key to ensuring strong brand positioning, demand generation, and consistent communication at an international level.
The objetive
Shape and execute a global marketing strategy that elevates brand presence, accelerates business growth, and delivers impactful customer experiences across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement an integrated marketing and communication strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
* Build and oversee global branding and communication plans, ensuring alignment across diverse markets.
* Lead international events, sponsorships, and trade fairs to maximize visibility and ROI.
* Drive digital marketing and social media strategies at both global and local levels.
* Develop trade marketing initiatives to strengthen relationships with distributors and retail partners.
* Manage and optimize the global marketing budget to ensure efficiency and profitability.
* Plan and execute product and service launches that reinforce brand positioning and market impact.
* Inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration across the company.
Requirements
* Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
* Proven track record in B2B, B2C, and digital marketing.
* Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and international projects.
* Advanced expertise in branding, trade marketing, events, sponsorships, and digital communication.
* Strong background in budget management and ROI analysis.
* Strategic leadership, negotiation skills, and excellent communication abilities.
