Sales Development Representative1–3 yrs experience · Remote in Europe (Spain preferred) · Full-timeFull-time

You love conversations and the phone is your best friend.Whether it's a cold call, a LinkedIn exchange, or a discovery call, you find energy in connecting with people, understanding their world and finding where you can be useful.You are comfortable talking to a startup CTO and a procurement director at a global enterprise.

You are also organised and tool-savvy.You build sequences with intention, track your activity, and know that consistency is what separates good SDRs from great ones. You follow what is happening in sales tech and you are always looking for a smarter way to work.

The OpportunityCNLabs is growing across Europe and we are building the commercial team to match. As our first SDR in Europe, you will be working directly with and coached by our CRO, someone with deep experience building high-performance revenue organisations from the ground up.You will not be handed a script and left alone. You will be developed.

This is not a role where you spend three years as an SDR hoping someone notices. High performers will move into an Account Executive role within 18 months. We are building something ambitious and we want people who are too.

What You'll DoBuild and execute multichannel outbound campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn) targeting technology vendors and enterprises across EuropeResearch prospects thoroughly and personalise your outreach, we want quality over volumeQualify leads and book high-quality discovery calls for the CNLabs commercial teamOwn your pipeline in CRM: activity, follow-ups, and metrics are yours to manageSupport event-based outreach around webinars, roundtables, and trade showsShare what you learn in the field as your insights will shape how we message and position

What We're Looking ForThe essentials:1–3 years of B2B sales development or inside sales experience in tech, SaaS, or professional servicesA genuine love of talking to people: you get energy from conversations, not anxietyHands-on with modern sales tools: sequencing platforms (e.g. Apollo, Outreach, Instantly, Lemlist), CRM, LinkedIn Sales NavigatorA growth mindset: you actively seek feedback, reflect on what is not working, and adjustSelf-starter with initiative: you do not wait to be told; you identify what needs doing and do itFluent in English and at least 1 additional European languageDetail-oriented: in your research, your copy, and your dataComfortable in a technical conversation; you do not need to be an engineer, but you engage seriously with complex topics

Bonus points:Experience engaging both tech vendor and enterprise buyer profilesYou have built outreach sequences yourself, not just inherited themYou have worked in a small or scaling team where you had to figure things out
